The Challenge

Every job-based SME — facilities management, construction, logistics, professional services — faces the same broken workflow: jobs completed in the field → data sits in WhatsApp or on paper → someone manually compiles the job data → someone manually creates an invoice in Xero or QuickBooks. This translation step is 100% human, every single time.

Existing software doesn't solve this. Xero and QuickBooks are excellent at billing, but they wait for human input. HRMS systems track attendance and time, but don't know what job the time was spent on. Field service tools like Simpro and ServiceTitan solve this in Australia and the US, but cost SGD 200-400/month with no local compliance for Singapore.

What nobody had was a lightweight, Singapore-context job card system that captures job type, location, technician(s), time, materials and client PO number — then automatically generates a draft invoice on job completion, pushed to Xero or QuickBooks via API. Support for progress billing (construction) and SLA-based billing (facilities management). And it had to work for SMEs with 3 technicians and SGD 300/month budgets.

Our Solution

JobBridge is a Job Card → Auto-Draft Invoice Engine. It captures job completion data via mobile and triggers a draft invoice in Xero or QuickBooks automatically. The human only reviews and clicks approve.

The mobile job card creation takes under 90 seconds. Field staff capture GPS-verified job start and end times, photos, signatures, and materials usage — all from their phone. No paper. No WhatsApp messages to compile later.

On job completion, the system automatically generates a draft invoice and pushes it to Xero or QuickBooks via API. For construction subcontractors, it supports progress billing. For facilities management companies, it handles SLA-based billing with breach alerts.

An optional client portal reduces inbound enquiries — clients can check job status themselves instead of calling.

The target market is FM companies, construction subcontractors, aircon and lift servicing companies, and logistics operators. Pricing starts at SGD 199-399/month for up to 10 field staff — accessible for small teams that can't afford enterprise field service tools.
